All purchasers acknowledge that products are purchased solely for lawful laboratory and research use.

2. Refunds & Returns Policy

Due to our rigorous quality control standards and the fragile nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns.

In the rare event that your order arrives with missing, incorrect, or damaged items, please contact us at service@peptidelives.com within 30 days of delivery for assistance.

3. Order Cancellations

Cancellations must be requested by email before shipment.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

4. Shipping & Delivery Responsibility

Once an order has been shipped and confirmed as delivered by the carrier, including signature confirmation where applicable, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient.

Peptide Lives LLC is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages after confirmed delivery
  • Stolen packages after confirmed delivery
  • Delays caused by carriers
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

5. Limitation of Liability

By purchasing from Peptide Lives LLC, the customer agrees that:

  • Products will be used only for lawful research purposes
  • The customer assumes all responsibility for use, handling, storage, and disposal
  • Peptide Lives LLC shall not be liable for misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized application of products

Under no circumstances shall Peptide Lives LLC be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
